Ordering Policy
We hope you’ll love your custom order from A Giftful Heart!
Due to the custom nature of our magnets and invitations, we want to make sure you’re happy with what you receive. To help ensure this:
**An email proof is included with each order, for your approval prior to printing. Your magnets or cards will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.
**Pre-printed physical sample of one magnet or card is complimentary. (Design/color based on availability) Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering!
**Personalized single magnets are available to order. Must be ordered with or after a design proof is ordered.
Proof Accuracy is Client Responsibility. Please check your proof carefully! Once you approve your proof, your magnet or card will not be reviewed again by the designer. It is your responsibility to proofread the proof(s) you receive for accuracy of all design/colors and wording, including dates, calendars and circled calendar dates! If you approve a proof for printing, and then find there is an error after your magnets or cards have been printed, we will revise the magnet or card, send you another proof for approval, and reprint them for you at a discounted price.
Due to differences in monitors, digital proofs cannot accurately represent actual printed colors or lightness/darkness. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or reprints at no charge for an issue of color or lightness/darkness. If you’d like to be certain of the color of the magnets, please request a physical sample prior to having your order printed – stock samples are free, personalized test prints are $8.
Revisions, Changes, Requests for Delivery Dates must be in writing:
All revision requests must be in writing. Any changes to your original order, such as quantities, requested production time, additional items, etc., must be in writing. These revision and change requests must be from the email address used in your order, and include your Order # in the subject line.
Once we receive the notice in writing of changes or requests to your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the changes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your changes have not taken effect. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact our office to ensure that we have received your changes in writing, and so that we can follow-up with the confirmation email.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any concerns with your printed order, please email customer service so that we may assist you.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are any physical defects or damage to any of your magnets or cards, we will replace them at no charge. You must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery. If there is a shortage to your magnets, cards or envelopes, you must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery. After that time, the order is considered complete. If there are items which are damaged or need to be exchanged, please photograph the issue and contact Customer Service. Once the issue is verified, we will replace the items with expedited production of the items and send via USPS Priority Mail.
Use of the product is acceptance of the product/no refunds or discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If proof has been created, the cancellation fee is $15 for most custom proofs. Please refer to below for exceptions and other product policies.
**Exceptions: Custom Photo Magnets (Full-Photo Magnets), Attach-Card & Insert-Card, Return Address Set-Up & Printing; Multiple Revisions, Test Prints, Fee-Based Photo Editing & Express Service. For these items, you must pay for all work completed (whether or not you have received the proof yet). The fees are as follows: Custom Photo/Full Photo: $25; 3rd Proof due to revisions*: $15; Attach-Cards (non-custom) – $10; Custom Attach-Cards – $15; Insert Cards – $25; Return Address Proof Set-Up – $8; Return & Guest List Proof Set-Up – $18; Return Address & Guest List Printing – as noted in order; Envelopes for Return Address Printing and/or Guest List Printing; Magnet Test Prints – $8 each. Photo editing and express service fees are non-refundable. If you have not approved the magnet or card for production, you will receive a credit for the remaining balance.
*CANCELLATION AFTER PROOF APPROVAL: If you have approved your proof, and the items have gone into production, there is no full refund available. However, a partial credit may be applied to a future order. Please inquire.
*REVISIONS: Please note that most orders are approved on the 1st or 2nd proof. Cancellation fees due to multiple revisions are extremely rare as you should have a very good idea of whether or not you wish to proceed upon viewing your first proof.
