WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ORDER

• 1. DIGITAL PROOF: A designer will create your proof for you, according to your requests, and send it to you via email.  Most proofs are sent in 1-2 business days.  However, custom colors or requests may take longer.  Once received, if you would like any revisions, please let us know. (Revision requests: Please allow 1-2 business days.)
• 2. REVIEW: Review & approve your proof. Your order will not be printed until we have your written approval.
• 3. PRINT & SHIP: Production time is approximately 5 business days from time of proof approval. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2-3 mailing days. If you need the order sooner this, please inquire regarding Express Service prior to ordering. Based on availability.

$8 personalized samples:  Production time is 1-2 business days from proof approval.  Samples are sent via regular mail.  Priority Mail 2-3 day mailing time may be added for an additional $5.  To add Priority Mail, enter “Please add Priority Mail $5” in the Special Instructions box.

• CARDSTOCK: #110 Cardstock in Cotton Felt, a luxurious watercolor feel OR Shimmer Metallic, a gorgeous pearlescent
• ENVELOPES:  A white or ivory A7 (5.25X7.25) envelope is included with the 5×7 invitation order; a white or ivory 3.5×5 envelope is included with the RSVP order.  Upgraded envelopes available in Colored, Shimmer, Matte European or Deckle.
